This annoys me!!

So called locksmith went out to this customers broken gearbox at the weekend

Cast broken round the spindle so only needed a new center case Mila single spindle a common gearbox yet they sold the customer it was no longer available and said they would upgrade the customers mechanism to the over night gear box they left in the door.

We attended today and within 20 mins had removed the over night gearbox replaced the damaged one and refitted it all to the door for the happy customer in gloucester.

If you don't have or carry the stock either give up or at least tell the customer the truth rather than bodging a job and lieing!!

This whole business is based on trust!!
