Arrived on time, happy with work

Arrived on time, the engineer was helpful and soon found out the cause of the problem . Fortunately the problem was quite easy to fix so all I was charged was the callout/ first hour charge and the parts supplied at a reasonable price.

Professional friendly and so helpful

We were away and our pet-sitter broke the key in the front door at 11.30pm. 
We called round, and were recommended to try Locksmiths Gloucester.

He arrived quickly, tried as hard as he could to get the key out the lock, then replaced the lock (and fixed some other issues!) when it proved futile. He kept me updated throughout, and was very friendly and helpful. The door was fixed incredibly quickly, and without it costing the earth.
